Decisions of a problem on excitation fractal nanolayer on the boundary of two mediums are constructed. Nonlinear properties of the structured layers nanomediums and the continuous mediums with fractal structure are revealed. It is considered a new differintegral model of fractal radiator with electric and magnetic currents. Theoretical bases for modelling of fractal impedance surface are created.
