The subject of research: intercommunication of tax, budgetary and monetary policy is in the system of providing of the social and economic development. The purpose: development of recommendations in relation to medium-term strategy of public financial policy. Research methods: system, to scientific abstraction, combination of analysis and synthesis, structurally-functional, economy-mathematical. Results: methodological approaches are improved for the concordance of monetary and taxes indexes at drawing up a draft of budget the next year; recommendations for the subsequent co-ordination of central organs of legislature at development and realization of financial policy are developed, etc. Level of implementation: some results were implemented by public authorities in the process of Ukrainian tax legislation improvements.
