Technological processes exact (±1 micron) mechanical (grinding and polishing) piezoelectric plates, their multilayered (4 layers) metallizations in one cycle, cutting of grooves by a wire with step from 0,15 mm and width of a groove from 30 microns are developed. The pre-production model of the ultrasonic gauge with: frequency range 4,7-9,8 MHz, number of elements 128 and resolution 1mm are produced.
