In work the analysis of existing approaches of attraction of investments as major factor of influence on economic growth and other macroparameters is lead. The scientifically-methodical approach of attraction of investments and an estimation of their influence on economic growth and other macroparameters that is based on macroeconomic model of the general economic balance is developed. Modelling calculations of influence of investments on macroparameters with the purpose of a substantiation of their necessary volumes and structures for achievement of the set parameters of growth in intermediate term prospect are lead.5635
