The mineral-geochemical features of soils of the protected areas of Ukraine in the conditions of tehnogenic and features of distributing of mobile forms of heavy metals in overhead horizon of deposits of city aglomerations are studied. Natural geochemical anomalies in soils are considered on the example of the protected areas of Ukraine - the Carpathians biosphere preserve, Polesskiy preserve, no contaminate areas of Crimea and ore objects - Selishanskiy ore-formation tungsten, Bobrinetskiy ore-formation fluorite and Gdanovskiy array of ultrabazit. Recommendations in relation to the terms of residence of population in ecologically dangerous regions are done.
