Rearrangement of N-trifluoromethyl-sulfonylimino derivatives of arylcarbonyc acids by the Gofman type reaction was studied. Treatment of trialkyl(trifluorovinyl)silanes with aromatic aldehydes which led to formation of trifluorovinylbenzilic alcohols was investigated.
