The models are shown in the modern vector-matrix form convenient for fulfillment of theoretical research and realization in computer programs. The general statement of the problem of guaranteed set estimation of state vector of continuous non-linear dynamic systems (DS) based on discrete in time measurements of their outputs deformed by interferences of measurements of limited intensity is formulated. New robust algorithms of DS state estimation are adduced, based on use of methods of ellipsoids and polyhedrons. The problem of attitude control of spacecraft based on estimation of orientation parameters as convex polyhedrons is decided. The signals of the planet center sensor and sensor of angular velocity are used as the measuring information. The problem of attitude control of spacecraft based on estimation of parameters of its navigation and orientation is solved which are received with the help of algorithm of an ellipsoidal estimation of DS state. The signals of three-component magnetometers, angular velocity sensors and signals of the sun sensor are used as the measuring information. The carried out researches have illustrated efficiency of application of offered methods of a guaranteed estimation of DS state vector under conditions of uncertainty while solving problem of spacecraft navigation and attitude control. The perspective directions of fundamental research which are directed on improvement of existing and creation of new robust methods of a guaranteed estimation for non-linear DS and extension on their basis of a spectrum of solving navigation and spacecraft attitude control problem are formulated. Scientific program of experiment "Potential" onboard Sich-2 satellite was elaborated. "Potential" instrumental set is designed for long-term monitoring of field, neutral and charged space matter components at thermosphere altitudes. Missions purposes are following: 1. Elaboration of methodology of synchronous upper atmosphere parameters registration. 2. Development of the methodology of ionosphere plasma parameters diagnostics on the base of spacecraft electric potential registration. 3. Wave activity investigation in the exosphere. 4. Extracting of electromagnetic structures of acoustic gravity wave from satellite data. 5. Measuring of satellite MC-2-8 electromagnetic environment. 6. Synchronous operation of sub-satellite diagnostic polygons. Technical demands for satellite payload and instrumental set composition were determined.
