The work was aimed at the novel approaches to development of a wide range of amperometric biosensors for actual biotechnological and medical needs. The method of the research was voltammetric analysis of electrochemical characteristics of amperometric electrodes (microelectronic transducers) of different construction, as well as analytic characteristics of biosensors, developed on their bases. Several variants of integration of biologically active material with surfaces of electrochemical transducers have been investigated and working parameters of analytical systems (dynamic range, dependence of signal on pH, buffer capacity, temperature, operational stability and long-term storage stability, etc) have been analysed. Laboratory prototypes of amperometric enzymatic biosensors for the main analyses in biotechnology of wine production (ethanol, glucose, lactate) and in vivo in rat brains (glucose, lactate, acetylcholine, choline, glutamate, D-serine) have been developed. Application of the method of molecular imprinting allowed synthesising polymers, imitating active site of tyrosinase enzyme, allowing the latter to be used as selective element of amperometric sensor for determination of phenols. Several electrochemical sensors for determination of cholesterol and triazine herbicides have been developed. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
