The new version of Database Administration and Search software (DBGPA V2.0) has been developed and implemented. Main fields of application of integrated database were next: the search of selected minor planets and satellites of external planets, the study of variable stars, the search of gamma-bursts analogues in optical range. The commercial scanner ScanMaker 9800XLT has been studied for it's adaptability in plate digitization and methods of image processing on the basis of standard astronomical software packages have been proposed.
