It is developed the program of pathogenetic proved the differentiated treatment of patients with hemophilic arthropathies which considerably raises quality of a life of patients. Clinico-tool criteria of diagnostics and monitoring of the hemophilic arthropathies are established. It is proved, that infringement of the prooxidation-antioxidation balance aside prooxidation part background of reduction in activity of antioxidation protection results amplifications in changes in the structurally functional organization of cellular membranes and causes clinical displays of metabolic infringements at patients with the hemophilic arthropathies. For the first time the opportunity of use of parameters of a metabolic intoxication in the punctate from an articulate cavity as additional criterion of an estimation of current of disease is shown. Significant infringement of a metabolism of iron at patients with hemophilic arthropathies is established.
