Offered approach realized as a computational algorithm for the calculation of matrix of dispersion for waveguide knots, diagrams of orientation and parameters of concordance with a feed-in waveguide for radiative structures. An algorithm has large universality in the class of E-plane conducting structures with the piece-linear contour of cross-sectional at presence of circular insertions. Thus, offered approach substantially extended the area of applicability of domain product technique. The got results allow better to understand the picture of waveguide processes, flowings in the probed structures and can be directly used for planning of waveguide and aerial devices. The method a technique of research of features of an electromagnetic field in waveguides structures with fractal properties of sections by means of the method ofthe differ-integral alpha-forms is received. The algorithm of the decision of regional problems of electrodynamics for rectangular waveguides structures with fractal the structured walls is offered. The approach is developed for research fractal surfaces of impedance periodic structures. The technique of research waveguide structures with fractal filling is offered. Reliability of results of work proves to be true convergence in extreme cases of the received numerical data with known theoretical and practical results of other authors which are in the literature. The received results allow to understand better a picture waveguide processes, proceeding in investigated structures and can be directly used at designing waveguide and antenna devices. The task of the close finding of the field, dissipated the impedance cylinder of protuberant section at his excitation the plane wave of E- or N-polarization normal or oblique angle of it surface of cylinder is decided. A mathematical model and computational algorithmis built. The row of numeral experiments is conducted, the results of it confirmed efficiency offered approach. Results appeared unexpectedly exact. At identical complication of computation, they are far the best information, got approaching of physical optics. A method gives correct results even in shadow part of cylinder.
