The method for preparation of periodical porous AAO membranes of 0.1-1 ?m thickness with the pores diameter of 100 nm were worked out. The formation of a periodical structure was controlled by electron scanning and atomic force microscopy. Meanwhile the works on the preparation of Santa-Barbara amorphous nanomembranes and substrates (30 nm pores diameter) for the deposition of metals and semiconductors on their surfaces have been carried out. The test depositions of cobalt and copper films by magnetron sputtering have been carried out. The possibility to increase a magnetoresistance of multilayers deposited on corrugated substrates was theoretically analyzed.
