Methods: thin layer chromatography, test-analysis, spectroscopy of diffuse reflection, colorimetry. Obtained results and novelty: the technique of thin layer chromatograms qualitative description after putting of image in bit-mapped conditions, using a plane-table scanner, were developed. The treatment of inverted image increases the reproducibility of results. Additivity of a signal of the polytest was checked using methods of spectroscopy of diffuse reflection; spectrophotometry; colorimetry; test-methods with visual indication; scanner-technology and computer programs for processing images. The signal of the investigated polytests is the sum of signals of all its component. The possibility of using surfactants solutions as eluents for food dyes detection by TLC with dynamic and static surface modification was investigated. Field of application: chemical analysis.
