The methods of mnogooperandnoy treatment of data arrays, presentation and comparison of multigradation images in the context of possibilities of creation of vivid computer, methods and algorithms of segmentation of gray-scale pictures, were developed on the basis of spatial coherent. It is developed algorithms of simultaneous compression and enciphering of data and algorithms of the mnogooperandnoy vectorial data processing. On the basis of analysis of possibilities of optoelektronnoy shemotehniki new methods of construction of vivid video-computer are offered for the image processing and signals by means which the increase of efficiency of the image processing is possible, by creation of the special shemotehnіchnih structures on the basis of properties of логико-sentinel functions (LCHF). The systems of treatment of information on the basis of parallel digital optoelektronnih processors, which unite in itself the PEOM advantages and on the basis of analog optical processors, which are highly productive, exact and is functional flexible, are explored. The necessity of input units which are intended for transformation of the real gray-scale pictures in the set of binary pictures is proved. As a result of work the methods of stabilization of phase of radiation of large-size arrays of the linked photonic transistors are explored and developed. Offered arrays of photonic transistors of the 2-D type with support of identical polarization descriptions of radiation. The analysis of co-operation of handling visual signal is conducted with a structure the phase - the linked arrays of laser emitters and bregovskih mirrors led to possibility of management by one light bunch by means other light bunch. On the basis of analysis of possibilities of optoelektronnoy shemotehniki new methods of construction of vivid video-komrpyutera for the image processing and signals are offered. Aloritmicheskie is offered, decisions architectural, program for realization of facilities of registration, treatment, reflection and analysis of information.
