To increase the effectiveness of the treatment of the main stomatological diseases by normalization of oral microbiocenosis. The methods of the study. The materials of the scientific and research work (SRW) on the elaboration of the principles and methods of promicrobe therapy and prophylaxis of the main dental diseases are given in the work. The technology of the obtaining of prebiotic preparations, including lysozymecontainig preparations of vegetative materials, was elaborated. Their influence upon the state of periodontium at experimental periodontits was studied. The fermentative method of the determination of the state of dysbiosis of oral cavity according to the activity of urease and lysozyme was worked out. The recommendations on the evaluation of thegree of oral dysbacteriosis were prepared and published. The activating effect of cationactive detergent cetavlon upon the lysozyme was revealed. The method of obtaining of the new preparation, containing lysozyme and inhibitor of proteases ovomucoid that increases the effectiveness of lysozyme considerably, was elaborated. It was found in clinics, that the phenomena of oral dysbiosis are met in 77% of children at the age of 3-6. The inclusion of sinbiotic "Bactulin" (containing probiotics and prebiotic inulin) into the complex of treatment has allowed reducing the microbe semination of oral cavity by two orders. In patients with periodontitis the oral dysbiosis is observed absolutely in everyone. The inclusion into the complex of treatment of probiotic preparations (lactobacterin and bifidumbacterin) and adaptogens removes dysbiosis and prevents the relapses of exacerbations in 85.4% of patients. There are 5 applications on inventions, 4 of which have obtained declarative patents on the useful model. The copounding was elaborated, the toxicological and pharmacological studies of the five new treatment and preventive preparations were held. The three new methods of investigations were worked out, 19 articles are published, SRD on dentifrice water was elaborated and confirmed. The drafts of two new suggestions are given.
