The picture of the real language situation and its dynamics for the years of independence was given by the national sociological research, conducted within the framework of project in May–June 2007. As a result of research it was developed recommendation for the government authorities, including the project of the Conception of public language policy, it is offered the realization of the public language policy simultaneously and parallel at a few levels – to conceptual, legal, practical.
