New experimental results concerning structural transitions are pointed in the Fe-Si-B and Al-TM-REM fusions, and also inheriting of their structural its during amorphyzation and influencing of heat treatment of fusion; kinetic parameters which determine the process of forming of nanocrystals in the amorphous phases Al- TM-REM are obtained, kinetic equation is offered for adequate description of nanocrystallization kinetics, taking into account the collision of diffusive zones around nanocrystals, correlation is set between the structural parameters of nanocomposites and their mechanical properties.Character of atomic structure changes and properties of amorphous Metglas alloys and nanocrystalline Finemet alloys is setunder influencing gamma-radiation, existence of threshold dose gamma-radiation, below which atomic structure of amorphous alloys relaxes under its influence with reduction of free volume, and disorders at doses greater than threshold; alloying of base triple amorphous alloys by a nickel and molybdenum diminishes the sensitiveness of their structural state and magnetic properties to gamma-radiation.
