The aim of work performance is detection of incident accident concentration sections and development of means for improvement of traffic condition in these areas. The estimation of the degree of traffic safety aiming its improvement is one of the main for road service. It is necessary for the detection of dangerous sections and development of measures in respect of traffic flow improvement. The detection of dangerous sections on the road is realized according to the data of statistical distribution of incident accidents along the road and employment of theoretical methods of probability according to State Standard of Ukraine 218-03450778.090-201. As a result of the detailed analysis of road conditions and types of accident incidents there established links of cause and effect between them.
