Blood serum of the rats processed with dimethyl sulfoxide, at administration to animals with different types of a secondary immuno-deficiency is capable to restore selectively processes of immunogenesis. The ability of some other compounds to render the effect similar to those of dimethyl sulfoxide was predicted by the methods of computer chemistry and confirmed experimentally.
