The diagnostic complex including sequential CT. MRI, ultrasonography, SPECT for assessment of brain structural and functional changes. The results show that neurologic, psychoneurologic deficiency, intensity of biochemical changes correlate with the frequency of CT, MRI - verified changes appearance, character and intensity of SPECT - verified changes of brain perfusion, changes of cerebral blood flow diagnosed by ultrasonic investigation. The complex study of obtained data allows the objective assessment of brain structural and functional changes in traumatic brain injury, determination of risk-factors, effective prognosis of the delayed traumatic brain injury evolving, adequate therapy increase of treatment efficacy.
