The aim of the research is to development of information technology (methods, algorithms, and computer programs) for purposeful efficiency calculation for the system designing and the systems analysis of space systems of optical-electronic Earth's observation, namely: - accuracy parameters calculations for shooting of preset area of a Earth surface; - a waiting time calculation for shooting; - accessible information productivity calculation. Research methods - mathematical modelling, methods of theoretical mechanics, a photogrammetry, an ephemerical astronomy, and probability theory. Mathematical models, methods, algorithms and the application software are created ("Pogreshnost" 05539962.00247-01, "VREOZH" 05539962.00246-01, "Proizvoditelnost DZZ" 05539962.00245-01) which allow to calculate accessible values for parameters of purposeful efficiency for the prospective, given and implemented values of parameters of subsystems and regimes of their activity, and thus create capabilities to analyse accuracy and information parameters for purposeful efficiency of optical-electronic Earth's observation space systems. Applications - technological maintainability, expertise of problem questions and parameters selection for systems at designing of spacecrafts for Earth remote sensing. Offered mathematical models, methods of research, calculation techniques, algorithms and the application software can have essential value for development of perspective designs of space systems for optical-electronic Earth observation. The significance of activity is stipulated by thу determinative role which play space systems for Earth observation in dataware of goverment, social and economic spheres about natural and man-caused units, phenomena and events. On the basis of these data the broad spectrum of actual economic problems of Ukraine can be decided. Forecast about development of the research subject - development of mathematical models, methods, algorithms and application software, permitting to prove demands to constituents features of a system for optical-electronic Earth surface observation for achievement of the proved values of accuracy and information parameters of such space systems target efficiency.
