The composition and parameters of a glow discharge and spark plasma have been studied. The peculiarities of application of the method of fundamental parameters in analysis of new powder Al-alloys were investigated. Conductivity of Cu-Cr, Ag-C vacuum condensates was calculated by means of computer simulation.
