Computer modeling of TyrRS spatial structure was conducted and flexible conformation of its interdomain linker was described. During the process of linker dynamics formation of short helices was derived, which, possible, are taking part in regulation of synthetase functioning. The processes was investigated in case of non-catalytic cytokine-like С-module participation. Structure-specific interaction of free TyrRS С-module with tRNAPhe was elucidated and miodelling of this complex was conducted by the macromolecular docking method. RNA-binding surface was found in ОВ-fold domain and КРККК-motif was found in А-subdomain of С-module and contact surface lies in dihydrouridine loop and acceptor stem of tRNA.
