Object of investigation: tumors of long bones, bone defect, surgical treatment, materials for bone plastics. Biomechanical investigation focused on study of strained-deformed condition of endoprothesis construction and proximal part of femur depending upon the angle of inclination, the length of intramedullar rod, the level of bone resection were carried out. The study of citotoxical influence and biocompatibility of the coverage samples was carried out in vitro with fibroblasts cultivating, biocompatibility and the absence of citotoxical influence of the mentioned samples of coverage was proved. Morphological peculiarities of bone regeneration in the case of use of different metallic, ceramic and combined implants for substitution of bone defects were studies in vivo experiment. In vivo experiment was performed in order to estimate the possibilities of saturation of different ceramic implants with malignant-prevention drugs and kinetics of their way-out into the tissues for the creating treating concentraction in the cirea of tumor location.
