The purpose of work: to study the effect of hydrogen-sulphidous sulfide silt mud applications at the temperature of 33-36°C on the pathologic process course in the injured articulation, as well as elaborate methods of pelotherapy to make the treatment of aged patients (60-75 yeas old) on osteoarthrosis more effective. Research methods: clinical, roentgenological, postmortem, biochemical, biophysical. It is determined that if application pelotherapy is used accoding to the generally adopted method for treatment of aged patients on osteoarthrosis, almost 50% of persons have negative side reactions concerning the cardiovascular system. The use of peloid applications according to the devise method (t-33-36°C) and technologie gives the possibility to avoid such reactions, to enlarge the number of recommendationsfor using this kind of treatment, even for patients, having the ischemic disease with the IIId functional class exertional angina.
