Danilevsky Institute of Endocrine Pathology Problems of Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 The goal of the study is to extend the scope of experimentally using the method of cellular therapy with cryoconserved preparations of embryofetoplacental complex to restore thyroid function, to reveal specific features in thyroid- stimulating effect from synthetic analogs of natural chemical compounds. The methods of the study: pharmacological immunofermental, physical and chemical, biological, biochemical, hystomorphological. It has been shown that the preparations FT and SFT exhibit a profound normalizing effect on the thyroid. It is found that a stimulation effect of the biopreparation is realized in a transthyroid way with no influence upon thyroidstimulating hypophysis function. The action of BAC is more moderate as compared with the biopreparations. The molecular compounds of 3-propainol-4-hydroxy-6- methyl-2-ons and hydrogenising triazolopyrimidines with hydroxy - (alkoxy-,galogenalkoxy)- aryl radicals have been synthesized and their specific features have been established. According to the screening of 48 new compounds, ЯВ- 97 and ЯВ-99 increased significantly both the levels T3 and T4 in blood serum. The compounds B-828 and ЯВ-103 reveal thyreostatic activity Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
