A target of work is development of energy-saving technologies, hardwares and methods of computation of equipment for the dispersion materials, division of environments, and also creation of new composition materials with the improved physical and mechanical properties. The staged task decided by the experimental researches and mathematical design. Efficiency is explored of the electric discharge growing shallow of powder-like materials, process of rectification and burning, physical and chemical properties of polymeric composites are experimentally explored. The findings can be used in chemical and other industries of production in the processes of growing shallow, incineration, at planning and constructing of the equipment, working in the aggressive environment.
