Methods: the genealogical analysis,polymerazae chain reaction, restriction analysis.Results: the DNA- bank of men with unfertility (437) women with premature ovarian failure (53 women) and 74 families with recurrent pregnancy loss was created. The frequency and spectrum of of mutations of genes of AZF- family, CF-gene (men with unfertility), inhibin-gene,FSG-receptor gene, FMR1 gene (women with premature ovarian failure) and gene family of glutathione-S- transferazse (couples with recurrent pregnancy loss) were determined.
