It has been shown that appearance of hyperploide cells, Robertsonian translocations, microchromosomes and chromosome fragments in mouse embryonic germ cell populations as well as appearance of chromosome breaks and fragments, formation of dicentric chromosomes in human stem cells obtained from different sources are characteristics of beginning of karyotypic evolution of cells in vitro. Such karyotypic evolution of cells are directed to adaptation of cells to conditions of cultivation that unfortunately are accompanied by loss of pluripotency of stem cells and gain of in vitro neoplastic cell transformation properties.
