Boundary requirements and criteria of an estimation of properties of textile materials for each of kinds of developed barrier clothes are defined. The database of the basic technological characteristics of the chosen textiles is created. Physical models of influence of barrier clothes on a physiological condition of the person are developed. The computer model of a thermal and physiological condition of the person depending on properties of textile materials and design of clothes is created. The experimental researches between properties of textiles, a design of protective clothes and a thermo-physiological condition of the person in various conditions are fulfill. Designs are developed and samples of barrier clothes of different function for research of comfort of barrier clothes in industrial conditions are made.
