Karazin popup.description2 The purpose is to ascertain possible role of genes determining the rates of plant development control in symbiotic and associative nitrogen fixation complex formation on roots of wheat and soybean and nitrogen fixation efficiency. The objects of research - monogenedominant EE isogenic lines of soybean of cultivar Clark and Vrn isogenic lines of soft wheat of cultivar Myronovskaya 808. Methods: photocolorimetry, spectrocolorimetry, physiological and biochemical analyses, microbiology methods and statistics. The results show that the genes of wheat and soybean, determining general physiological status of plant through trophic factors for nitrogen fixing bacteria and plant hormonal balance, regulate the process of symbiotic and associative nitrogen fixation complex formation and their effective functioning. Recessive ee genes of soybean which determine photoperiodic neutral reaction of plants forward more effective functioning of symbiotic nitrogen fixation complex. Dominant Vrn genes of wheat (PPD33 andVRN33) which determine photoperiodic neutral reaction and high rates of development (early maturation) stimulate the process of associative nitrogen fixation complex formation and their effective functioning.
