The crystal structure has been tested, layers morphology, their luminescent and scintillation characteristics. It has been determined that luminescent spectrums of the layers are correspond to the crystal spectrums. The light output of the layers ZnSe(Te) has been estimated via comparison with light intensity of massive crystal ZnSe(Te). Via method of electron-beam evaporation in the vacuum the layers Ca0.6Eu0.4F2.4 have been got, their crystal structure and luminescent properties have been analyzed. The analyses showed that during electron-beam evaporation, the high impurity content (РЗЭ) in the layer, corresponding to the source, consequently, there are lines in luminescent spectrums of layers that are typical for trivalent ions Eu.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
