The aim of work - writing the text and the creating of electronic files. In the textbook we present the results of theoretical investigation of surface; thermophysical and electrophysical characteristics of clusters of atoms and vacancies; kinetic and equilibriums properties of low-dimensional systems and clusters plasma of dense metal vapor; scattering processes and localization of positrons in a metal, liquid, and clusters. The deformation and temperature behavior of electron work function, size effects of ionization potential, electron affinity and surface tension, localized positron states consistently are described. The surface properties of clusters determine the futures of physical processes in different fine-dispersed media (evaporation and condensation, nucleation, thermo- and auto-electronic emission, the interaction with light and electron beams, etc).
