Object of research - the process of revaluation of fixed capital (assets) of communal unitary enterprises. The matter of research - methodical basis of the order of revaluation of fixed capital (assets) of communal unitary enterprises of housing and communal economy, provisioned by the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine " On the revaluation of fixed capital (assets) of communal unitary enterprises of housing and communal economy ". The work aims at providing of quality scientific and methodical accompaniment of housing and communal economy reforming, with regard to the peculiarities of communal property and state priorities, the creation of effective development, its introduction and monitoring of results of introduction. The research is based on the dialecticalmethod of scientific cognition and the study of the modern state of legislative basis of managing the objects of communal property. The grounding of the results of the scientific research is conducted with the use of methods: supervision, induction and deduction, abstracting and specification, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparison, statistical supervisions and grouping, designing, generalization, etc. On the basis of the research the methodological and organizational basis of the order and the procedures of revaluation of fixed capital (assets) of communal unitary enterprises which are providing housing and communal services was developed, as well as a typical decision of the authorized local self-government body on conducting the revaluation of fixed capital (assets) and the typical statute for a revaluation commission and its quantitative and personal composition.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
