As a result of experimental researches efficiency of the developed algorithms of spot welding zones identification on digital images is confirmed. Algorithms which carry out functions of handling and sensory subsystems coordination and real-time vision-based adaptive control of welding tool manipulator are developed and implemented. During an experimental research the results which are meeting the requirements of welding head positioning accuracy and speed are received.
