Mechnikov's National University popup.description2 The functioning of some gene-enzyme systems and various parameters, which allow to judge a degree genetic coadaptation at animals and plants in different populations and at hybridization, were investigated. It is established, that locus Adh is the important component of the genetic mechanism of the common and relative fitness. Hybridization, other interventions in genotypes result in similar changes of a functional condition of locus Adh and components of fitness. Influence alloplasms on adaptability and stability to hypothermia, to fungi diseases is revealed. At hybridization on the foreground influence of nuclear genome acts, effects of allopplasms are shown at a level of interaction of cytoplasmatic and nuclear factors of heredity.
