Objective of work - development of recommendations and proposals on: - improving, unifying and simplifying the reporting system, - indicators and criteria for estimating (measuring) activity of housing and communal services enterprises and organizations, sources (forms of reports) of specified indicators, - criteria for estimating the results of housing and communal services economy reforming on the basis of parameters and indicators of the reporting. The analysis, synthesis, comparison, an induction form the methodological basis of the research. During the work the following researches have been carried out: - the analysis of existing reporting system of the Ministry of housing and communal services economy of Ukraine, - the analysis of the state statistical reporting of housing and communal services economy enterprises and of the draft new forms of State statistical supervision, - the analysis of indicators of the State program for reforming and developing housing and communal services economy for 2004-2010. On the basis of the researches some proposals have been prepared concerning the unified system of parameters of the reporting and indicators for monitoring the reforming and development of housing and communal services, as well as some recommendations have been made concerning improvement, unification and simplification of system of monitoring the reforming and development of housing and communal services economy of Ukraine.
