Methods of the research - analytical. Results of the research contain the analysis of technological, geometrical, structural parameters of operating blocks providing the safe mining of Michurinskeh, Centralneh and Vatutinskeh deposits, comparison of which allowed calculating the initial safe parameters of operating blocks of ore deposits mining between levels -180 -300m of Novokostyantynivskeh deposit of uranium ores. Scientific novelty: fields of application of mining methods are substantiated. In particular, slicing method is used at ore-bearing index of a deposit less than 0.7 and metal content in the ore more than 0.15%; heading-and-stall method with backfilling is used at ore-bearing index of a deposit more than 0.7 and metal content less than 0.15%. Initial data are determined from geomechanical, mining-and-geological and mining conditions of the deposits allowing to develop the scientifically grounded recommendations on mining methods and safe parameters of operating blocks of ore reserves mining between level -180 -300m of Novokostyantynivskeh deposit of uranium ores. Instruction on geomechanical substantiation of deposits mining higher level -300m is developed. Social value: put into operation of new mining enterprise on the basis of Novokostyantynivskeh deposit of uranium ores will allow to provide 2000 to 3000 workplaces that will have positive effect on economic and social situation in the agricultural district.
