Leading emotion during the pregnancy is the fever and waiting, increasing in the last weeks of pregnancy in HIV-positive women. It is noted, that independently on HIV-status the quality of normal pregnants active supported by their husbands and family was higher than in pregnants without one. That's why active husbands supporting during pregnancy in HIV-positive women have positive influence in psycho-emotional condition. In Donetsk Regional Centre of Motherhood and Childhood Protection it was is carried out the evidence based model of perinatal training of pregnant. As a result is the increasing of physiological delivery more than in 2 times (from 32 to 67 %) in HIV-positive pregnants. Proposed model provides the correct under standing the role of husband in delivery family support during pregnancy and delivery and co-placement mother to child.
