The analysis of activity of international organizations is conducted from support of scientific researches in NAS of Ukraine (in particular UNESCO, STC of Ukraine, MAAH). The methodical tool of research is built on the basis of the tested and original sociological methods, in particular, questionnaire of research workers (managers by departments and separate scientists), and also interview with the directors of scientific establishments of NAS of Ukraine. The detailed analysis of data of official statistics was conducted. Such complex approach allowed more fully to discover a progress of ISTC trend and develop suggestion in relation to saving of existent connections and adjusting and expansion of ISTC.
