Scientific-research work's purpose is the creation of the methodological and methodical providing of the generalized evaluation of quality of universal education in Ukraine and countries - new members of EU. Methods of research are - scientific generalization, analysis of the systems, statistics-mathematical methods. Work's results are: offered conceptual approaches to statement and the decision of a problem of maintenance of quality of formation in Ukraine and comparability of estimations of quality of formation in Ukraine and Hungary.
