Hermetic sealing of pump is largely determined by work of seals. Annular seals are used as seals of running part of most pumps. It is possible to decide at once two problems: to reduce the level of vibration (as exactly this type of seals substantially influences on dynamic characteristics of rotor) and decrease leakages between pump driving wheels, the same multiplying the pump efficiency by the faithful choice of annular seal construction. As middle radial gap, taper, eccentricity and throttled pressure drop depend on many stochastic factors, these parameters must be examined as stochastic values. In addition, in the process of pump work the sealing surfaces wear and so the radial gap of seal increases and hydrodynamic characteristics of annular seal change, that, as it shown in work, substantially influences on flow-rate characteristics and own frequencies of rotor values. Probability density of flow-rate through the annular seal, damper coefficient and own frequency of radial vibrations of one masses model of rotor in the annular seals got in work. That allows to find the parameters marked higher with any necessary confiding probability.
