Systematic researches of the combined electroerosion - electrolyte - plasma method of treatment (EEEPMO), allowed to develop bases of theory and technology of the new combined method of treatment, find out the area of his effective industrial use. Electrochemical processes can influence on the terms of flowing of digit and subsequent destruction of material thus: 1.Electrode gas is a selection, forming gas-liquid layers, facilitates of electrolyte bridges and formation of plazma phase. 2.A key-in through MEP of current of electrolysis results in appearance volume and superficial sources heats which initiate the processes of the bubble and pellicle boiling of liquid phase. 3.Superficial new formations bring in the payment in balance of tension on MEP.
