Influence of the main things, microalloying that домішкових components, technological parametres of processing in liquid and firm a condition, crystallisation conditions on feature formation phase to a warehouse, structures that of properties of secondary aluminium foundry alloys on bases of systems Al-Mg-Zn and Al-Si-Cu is analytically investigated and experimentally established. On a basis the obtained data is developed scientific principles of management by fazovo-structural structure and properties of secondary aluminium alloys of the given systems. Mathematical models of dependence of level of mechanical properties of investigated alloys from a chemical compound and technological parametres of processing are constructed. The developed means of neutralisation of influence of harmful impurity for level of mechanical properties of alloys. Оптимізовані temperaturno-time parametres of processing of alloys in a liquid and firm condition with allowance for their chemical compound. Results of researches have allowed to develop package technologies of processing of alloys on the basis of systems Al-Mg-Zn and Al-Si-Cu.
