The methods for determination of complex of mechanical properties (in particular the characteristics of strength and plasticity) in the conditions of deformation on nano- and microlevels are created and worked through. The physical views about temperature dependence of hardness are developed and the experimental ground of termo-activation nature of process of plastic deformation in indentation is given.
