Criteria in relation to expedient proportions of development of the decentralized and centralized systems of heat supply are certain; it is shown that the specific thermal loading at which becomes expediently decentralized heat supply does not exceed 0,12-0,27 МW/he, that corresponds to a 3-4 floor building of dwelling array; methodical bases of determination of structure of fuel and energy balances at the use of different sources of fuel and energy are developed; the specified prognosis of development of the systems of heat supply to 2030 year is developed.
