The article of research is a mechanism of forming, division, use of local budgets of Ukraine and estimation of their efficiency. The purpose of scientific research is development of aggregate of theoretical positions and practical recommendations, construction of models of regional division of intercommunications of indexes of local budgeting for providing of the effective functioning of the budgetary management system. The statistical (informatively - analytical) providing of budgetary management in the context of account of regional policy features must provide a methodological basis for subsequent scientific research-and-developments effective administrative decisions. Both scientific and special methods are in-process used: statistical report and grouping, systematization, generalization, comparative analysis, treatment of these theoretical labors. The informative base of research is made by analytical and statistical materials of Ministry of finance of Ukraine, Statutory broker of statistics of Ukraine, State treasury of Ukraine and normatively are legal acts, which regulate the financial mechanisms of forming, division and use of local budgets.
