The polycristalline CuInSe2 thin films have been prepared by various methods (vaccum condensation, lazer condensation). The TEM investigations of phase and structural transformations of thin films were carried out. The physical conditions and phenomena which influence on the optimal film growth were determined as well as the methods of preparation of ZnSe on CuInSe2 were investigated for futher modelling of heterostructures CuInSe2- ZnSe on flexible substrates.
