The combine action of NO and EMF was accompanied by increased level of nitrosothiols and development of nitrosative stress, affected the immune status, in particular negatively influenced on the Т-chain of the immune system and reduced activity of macrophages and NK, increased the energy metabolism and reduced the level of hypoxia at Geren carcinoma (GC) growth. Established the reverse dependence between activity of xanthine oxidoreductase (XOR) isoforms and intensity of tumor growth. Obtained results show the negative influence of the environmental NO and EMF, on the status of antitumor resistance of organism which points to the increase of cancer risk.
