The purpose of work - creation on the basis of the new concept of modifiers of a wide spectrum of action and increased mastering molten metal melts, steels, cast-iron, alloys of non-ferrous metals for increase of a level and stabilization of their properties. Methods of research - chemical, spectral, X-ray-phases, thermodynamic, thermogravimetric, metallografic, test of mechanical properties, corrosion tests, differential thermal, energydispertion, microspectral-X-ray of sounding, correlation-regression. Results of research - creation of the new concept and development of a series non-fusion with evtectoid-like structure of multicomponent modifiers of multifactor action. The new modifiers provide 100 % mastering melt, granulate a primarygrain, reduce quantity of gases, by 50 % of not-metallic inclusions, change their structure, and also the lengthened form on round, raise and stabilize mechanical properties. Manufacturing of industrial samples of new modifiers, industrial products from the modified metal, technology of reception of modifiers and modifying, 4 experimental- industrial parties of modifiers and ready production (5500 t), TU and ТI.
